30 day money back policy* Once the product is returned under our 30 Day Money Back policy the refund will be credited to your account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account.
1. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
2. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).

How do I return the product to Kultivated Karats within 30days?
1. Call our customer delight team and you will be given a Return Authorization Code, once you let us know the item you would like to return along with your Order No.
2. We will courier you a Kultivated Karats tamper proof package with the Return Authorization code, your Name and address on the outside return area and a unique serial number pre-printed.
3. Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by Kultivated Karats. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.
4. Once your package is ready, just call our customer delight team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
5. Once your returned item is received by Kultivated Karats, your refund or new item will be processed shortly.

Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy: We offer aLifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases* made from Kultivated Karats, within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges. Loss of the original product certificate would result in a deduction of Rs. 500.
This means your product's current value of metal, diamonds and coloured stones, will be determined based on product specifications and the current price listed on our website.
If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.

Lifetime Exchange The value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts will be credited to your Kultivated Karats account. This remains valid for 90 days and can be used to purchase anything on our website. The value cannot be encashed.
Lifetime Buy-Back If you choose to return the product, we will refund 80% of the total amount. A 10% of the amount, subject to a minimum of Rs. 1,000, will be deducted towards melting and recovery costs. This will be done on a per product basis, in case you are returning multiple products. Refund will be made via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.
Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Kultivated Karats shall not be accepted for return. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Buy-Back amount of the product.
